One of the greatest gift of 2023 was our Women Retreat in Mélisey! It nourished many of us so deeply that it became a resource long after we physically met. After all, there is nothing like physically coming together to practice yoga, dance, walk barefoot on spring grass, sip cacao around a fire, hug, cry, laugh together and feel deeply nourished & held in this mandala of women, yogini's, sisters and mama nature. It’s one of the most recharging things we can offer ourselves in this fast and conflictual world.

As women, this is how we thrive and restore ourselves: gathering together, being held, unconditionally seen and loved.
