21st June is not only the longest day of the year but in 2014 was named International Yoga Day (IYD) by a United Nations charter, with the support of 175 nations. As 2016 is only IYD's second year, approaches to celebrating the day are in their infancy and differ widely across the globe, though all generally agree that it is a day to bring yoga to the people and people to yoga. In Brighton and Hove, the early evening yogathon is this year's response. Yoga Festival team volunteers will be hosting an event to celebrate INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY and to raise funds for
The BRIGHTON YOGA FESTIVAL
